Scott Hemink:
Senior Director of ITQ - Research, Development and Quality - for Global Knowledge and Sustainable Packaging Solutions at General Mills; The Recycling Partnership’s Board of Directors.
Scott has led teams and projects on several great brands across General Mills, including Sure & Secret Antiperspirants, Pantene hairspray, Betty Crocker, Green Giant, Hamburger Helper, and Pillsbury. His global responsibilities have also encompassed diverse markets, brands, and customer channels such has retail grocery, club stores, convenience, bakeries, foodservice, and restaurants. Prior to joining General Mills, Scott worked for P&G in a variety of operations roles in the Health and Beauty Operating Unit.
Lou Riaola:
Founder, ESG Solutions Group; Strategic Advisor and ESG Practice Leader at ethOs.
Luca Zullo:
Sr. Director of Science and Technology at AURI and CTO of BurCell Technologies.
Luca has been involved with renewable energy and products for over 20 years, and much of that work has focused on sustainable production processes and products in oil & gas and agriculture industries. Presently, his current interest is the use of organic waste to make renewable natural gas. Luca holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine of London.
Each of our panelists possess unique perspectives on the state of corporate sustainability efforts, and extensive experience defining and implementing sustainability efforts in several corporate contexts. They will be sharing real world examples of how sustainability is affecting their companies and clients, what progress is being made, and what challenges are yet to be solved.
