Join alumni from the Twin Cities Alumni Network (TCAN) for the third annual summer bike ride event. We will pedal around the Minneapolis bike trail system for 1+ hour followed by food, drinks and socializing at Herkimer Pub & Brewery in Uptown (Lake and Lyndale). All biking skill levels are welcome, and with bike rentals available at nearby Nice Ride MN stations you don’t even need your own bike to participate. For those who would like to meet the group just for the socializing at Herkimer that’s cool too.
When: August 1, 2013 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Where: Meet with your bike at Herkimer Pub, 2922 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis MN 55408
Parking: across the street, behind Uptown Tavern and Fuji-Ya.
Schedule:
6:00 pm Meet at Herkimer Pub
6:15 pm Depart on bikes
6:15 to 7:30 pm Tour de TCAN on Minneapolis bike trails
7:30 to 9:00 pm Return to Herkimer for beverages/food/socializing
